These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between CoachMindPro and participants of our business coaching programs, executive leadership development, leadership training workshops, and professional development sessions. They apply to all offered coaching services and supplementary provisions. By enrolling in our programs or registering for a coaching session, you agree to these conditions.
Enrolling in our business coaching programs can be done in person at our facility, by telephone, email, or through our website. The contract is established upon confirmation by CoachMindPro. For workshops and specialized leadership courses, prior registration is required as we limit participant numbers to ensure optimal coaching quality. The right to coaching participation exists only after receipt of a confirmation and payment processing, where applicable.
Our services include business coaching programs for executives, leadership development workshops, individual coaching sessions, executive training seminars, and complementary offerings such as personalized leadership plans and group coaching sessions. The type, scope, and duration of each program are defined in the current coaching description or the respective enrollment contract. CoachMindPro reserves the right to modify coaching offerings, schedules, and coaching personnel when necessary for organizational or content-related reasons. If a coach is unavailable, we will provide a qualified substitute or offer an alternative session where possible.
Coaching fees are payable in advance unless alternative payment terms have been agreed upon. For comprehensive coaching programs, installment payments may be arranged. Payment is processed via bank transfer or, in special cases, directly at our coaching facility. Prices for specialized coaching services or custom program development are indicated separately and due by the specified date. In case of payment default, we reserve the right to exclude the participant from further coaching participation or to charge interest according to legal provisions.
At CoachMindPro, we are committed to client satisfaction and coaching excellence. If you are not satisfied with our business coaching services, please notify us within 14 days of coaching completion or session delivery. We will work with you to resolve any concerns and ensure your leadership objectives are met. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the following principles:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to coaching@coachmindpro.com with detailed explanation of the concerns and specific coaching elements that did not meet expectations. Each request will be reviewed within 7 business days, and we commit to fair resolution that supports both client satisfaction and program integrity.
Current session times are available on our website and in coaching descriptions. We request punctual attendance. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in denied access to ongoing sessions out of consideration for other participants and to maintain coaching quality. Missed sessions or coaching programs cannot be made up or refunded unless expressly agreed upon or individually arranged in special circumstances.
Participation in our business coaching programs is at your own responsibility. All personal information and professional details shared during our sessions are subject to confidentiality. CoachMindPro commits to maintaining the strictest confidentiality standards and expects the same from all participants. We request that existing leadership challenges or special circumstances be confidentially disclosed before coaching commencement. In case of doubt, we recommend prior consultation with another business coach. CoachMindPro is not liable for self-inflicted inconveniences or indirect consequences of participation.
The premises and equipment of CoachMindPro must be treated with care. Coaching materials and leadership resources are provided for the sessions and included in the coaching fee unless otherwise indicated. CoachMindPro assumes no liability for personal belongings and valuables. The coaching rooms and common areas should be left in an orderly condition.
The content, methods, coaching materials, and leadership resources provided in our programs are subject to copyright. Distribution, commercial use, or publication without express permission from CoachMindPro is not permitted. All participants commit to confidentiality regarding personal information of other participants. Photo, video, or audio recordings during sessions are allowed only with prior consent of all present individuals and the session leader.
Participants' personal data is treated with the utmost care and used exclusively for contract processing and coaching service delivery. Disclosure to third parties occurs only as necessary for contract fulfillment. Further details are regulated in our separate Privacy Policy.
Swiss law applies. The jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of CoachMindPro.
